Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item delivered is significantly different from the product ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, documents, and invoice copies (if applicable).
  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • Products that have been used, altered, cut, or modified after delivery.
  • Custom-made, special-order, or made-to-size products.
  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items unless received damaged or defective.
  • Minor variations in color, grain, texture, or finish that are natural characteristics of plywood, laminates, wood products, and decorative materials.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Reason for Return
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, we may offer:

  • Product replacement, or
  • Store credit, or
  • Full refund

The resolution method will be determined after inspection and verification.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs may be covered by Navkar Plywood only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and will be treated according to this Return & Refund Policy.
